Dear Ed

Thank you for your email.

Please also note the direction that I have received from the House of Commons Enquiry Desk attached: FrHouseofCommonsEnquiries(NewPetitionAfterGeneralElectionRequiredduetoDissolutionofParliamenton30May2024)28May2024; requiring me to contact the Petitions Committee If I had further questions about my petition and how I will be able to promote it in the new Parliament.

I would like to represent the Petition just as soon after the Election of 4th July 2020 in an unaltered version.

Please let me know if I need to resubmit it or the Petitions Committee can simply reinstate the original version from its Archive, now that you have received my further clarifications to try and meet the desired standards as judged by the Committee.

Yours sincerely

Dear Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Thank you for your further emails regarding your campaign for a written constitution in the UK.

If you have created a petition on the Parliament & Government E-Petitions website, unfortunately this will close automatically at 0:01 on Thursday 30 May due to the dissolution of Parliament ahead of the forthcoming general election. You can see a note alerting petitioners to this on the website at: Petitions - UK Government and Parliament

Once the election has happened, and a new House of Commons has been elected, MPs will appoint a new Petitions Committee and you will be able to create a new petition on the site.

If you have any further questions about your petition and how you will be able to promote it in the new Parliament, please contact the Petitions Committee directly at: petitionscommittee@parliament.uk

Please note : petitions that are created on other e-petitioning sites, such as 38 Degrees or Change, are not considered by the Petitions Committee for debate in the House of Commons.

I hope this reply is of some help.

Yours sincerely

Jean

Dear Honourable members of both Houses

After a day of legal interactions everything has been tidied up from my point of view.

From my experience of life in the United Kingdom going on 50 years I have now become a Republican but The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (TCLP-UK) of which I am the Leader believes in peaceful and legal transition from the present Constitutional Monarchy  to a Republican State no matter how long that takes in years and what the final outcome of the shape of that Republicanism is.

As things are TCLP-UK has been directed unofficially by the Parliamentary authorities as I surmise our correspondence that I have had to go down the route of the ePetition to see if it will attract 10000 signatures for an official reply from the House of Commons to the specific contents of the Petition; and this is what I have done here:

Thus, unless the Parliamentary authorities at the House of Commons and the House of Lords direct me otherwise, I will send out this link to the members of the population for consideration just on the limited contents of the petition.

I trust that I am keeping to the correct protocol with the approval of Parliament and the Central London County Court examining Claim E35YM660 for I must never be found to have been in contempt of Parliament or the Courts.

Yours sincerely
