The Freedom of Information Act, the right to information held about the individual by the State, does not appear to apply to the United Kingdom, whether it is to do with medical conditions, law enforcement or judicial matters.
This is the conclusion of the author after 25 years of studies on the Establishment that deny people the right to pursue justice in the civil and criminal courts of the State. The provision of the private prosecution is not available to the ordinary citizen as a last course of action to safeguard his dignity of liberty and secure a prosperous future. Such pursuits are regarded as activism that destabilise the State.
The His Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service is the ultimate arbiter of who gets to receive what information held about them, for trying to obtain such information from other State institutions is a wild-goose chase.

Or does the UK just have a highly sophisticated system with mechanisms available to open its doors without disrupting the stability of the State and without causing mayhem for those with clear conscience that they are not guilty of any wrong-doing;

Dear Sainsburys
I am grateful to you for inviting me for a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) job at your Faversham Store and will attend the interview. I desperately need this job and would plead with you not to hold the following events against me. I have talked about it with my wife just now and she says I have no idea of the mental illness that has plagued me for 25 years. I just do not have the insight over this disability. Unfortuntanely the Mental Health authorities have not examined me for 6 months on a face-to-face assessment for a medication review, that currently stands at risperidone 4 mg, sertraline 150 mg and Depakote 1000 mg daily. I have been on these medications since my discharge ftom the mental hospital in 2004 and again in 2008. This condition should be borne in mind at the interview arranged: Date and Time: 07.10.2022 11:00 Europe/London, Requisition: Trading Assistant Interview Type: In Person,Interviewer: Ollie Rychert
Please let me know urgently before the interview whether this matter has finally been resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
My GP is in the process of assessing this if you require further details.
Yours sincerely

Dear Jo
I look forward to the day that Kent Police contact me now that all my proactive litigations and private prosecutions against the Chief Constable of Kent Police have met with a blank wall of Silence, even from the House of Commons as far up as the Speaker. This means that Kent Police is the law of the country and I am available to cooperate with the Police Force to the best of my knowledge and ability as regardless of the Mental Health authorities say I am not mentlly disordered with paranoid schizphrenia, persistent delusional disorder, autism, Personality Disorder or Bipolar with delusions as is of late claimed by Britton House.Community Mental Health Team. The sooner Kent Police prosecute me the better for all concerned. I throw it down as a challenge. There is only going to be one winner in this battle for reputations: I am certain that it is going to be me.

Dear Shantanu,
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard back from Kent police yet. I'm sure that if they really need to get in touch with you about something important, that they will find a way of doing so soon. Hopefully this will put your mind at ease.
How are you feeling today? You mentioned that you were feeling suicidal and depressed yesterday - is this still the case today? We can't offer you any practical help with any of the challenges you are facing, but as I'm sure you know, we are here to listen to how you're feeling, so do write to us whenever you need to talk things through.
P.S. Apologies if you recieve this email twice, it failed to send the first time, so I am re-sending now.
Jo
