I take no responsibility in law for the contents of all of these Blogs from this moment onwards and their continuation in the public domain is solely up to Wix, Wordpress and Simplesite who would be liable for any costs, damages and compensation demanded by named persons and institutions in all of these Blogs. I terminate my copyright and intellectual property rights to the Blogposts and the websites with immediate effect. So kindly consider the matter and take whatever steps you need to take legally to ensure that Wix, Wordpress, Simplesite, Anchor, Spotify, Bravenet, are protected from legal proceedings issued and served by anyone within the United Kingdom or outside under the organisation Victims of Panigrahi Association. It beyond belief that the roughly 1500 criminal anonymous emails that I, my wife, my associates in employment venues, my Consultant Psychiatrist at Britton House and the Care Coordinator previously as well that I have reported to the Police since September 2017 can go un-investigated by Kent Police, as they have destroyed my scientific career with the University of Greenwich which is still refusing to pay me my £55,000 severance payment from the time of the termination of my employment unceremoniously through its kangaroo court on 20 October 1998. This was followed by similar criminal activities at Shell-UK, Sainsburys, Tesco and now Iceland, from the internalisation of my Union Institution of Professionals, Managers and Specialists and USDAW that took over the consideration of the issue of these severance payments or place me on medical retirement with £10,000 per annum from 20 October 2021 to be ordered by His Honour Judge Parfitt who inexplicably, and without full written reasons issued and served upon me that attached Court Order: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrderonE35YM660dated19January2021_receivedbyClaimantfirstat9.27amon22March2021.pdf. The Operations Manager at the Court of Central London has refused to investigate the abysmal record of the Judicial authorities on this Clam and all previous ones submitted to Her Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service over these years: ToOperationsManager(andvariousothersinCourtsMrsTheresaMay)14May2021.
Your explanation that the 1500 criminal anonymous emails that are specifically recorded and published in the internet to various extents cannot be traced is unacceptable as these followed the years of struggle that I have undergone to assess who specifically is behind the persecution that has been organised upon me to make me Stateless and render me to destitution otherwise as I live without legal support from the 50 odd Law Firms that I requested assistance from over these 23 years of suffering, as narrated in the attached: 'The Allurement of Reality.docx'.
Further Balboa Press and Book Baby has stolen £2000 pounds from me for refusing to cooperate with the publishing of this book, and this follows the reported embezzlement of the funds a few months ago from my Santander Account that was reported to the Financial Ombudsman and Action Fraud, but no-one took any notice of my grievances.
The report of Stalking harassment from Phands in particular and the deceitful liars of Secular Cafe and Religious Forums were never investigated by Kent Police, nor the criminals of Wordpress who archived and suspended my Blog https://shantanp.wordpress.com. These were adequately explained to Kent Police, and represents a Crime against Humanity that the International Criminal Court took no account of and neither did the European Court of Human Rights.
The Claim form submitted to the CCMCC specifically listed the fictitious organisation Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) with no names or email addresses for me to correspond with but apparently the source of the criminal anonymous emails designed to scupper any prospects of my getting employment in the country and legal redress from the name employers and prospective employers who were served with the appropriate Employment Tribunal proceedings since 1999.
Kent Police's record shows that you have been very lackadaisacal and non-compliant with my repeated requests to find these national and international criminals through Interpol even though numerous Incident and Case Numbers have been issued on Claim HX17X01773 at the Queens Bench Divison of the High Court, so I need an apology from the Chief Constable Alan Hugh Pughsley for your silence over these crimes that started when your Assistant Chief Constable refused to endorse the job of Public Enquiry Officer that I had successfully passed the interview at Rochester Police Station 15 years ago or so.
An apology would be sufficient from Kent Police, I am not after money, I am after justice, material justice.
That is what I want from Kent Police today: You are the law of the land, not the Courts clearly in the Police State in its fullest manifestation that is the United Kingdom.
