If a law is unjust or applied incorrectly due to incompetence /misconduct or corruption I assume peaceful civil disobedience is allowed.

In my book, peaceful disobedience is not permitted. My conscience states that the status quo must be observed. Lack of reply from the Supreme Court by midday today means that justice has prevailed in accordance with the Constitution of the United Kingdom. No protests are permitted in my raison d'etre. Truth accommodation is of the highest value in one's conscience. It shows that one is not attached to one's value judgments.
