Many thanks for your advice and patience with my correspondence: as I had made clear, my petition was the result of personal experience of the Judicial and Law Enforcement as well as the subsidiary regulatory interconnections relating other institutions of the State.

These processes are still ongoing as attached: ToCivilAppeals CMSB('OFFICIAL'Court of Appeal Case Number and incorporation of J00ME572 Appeal Outcome 4 pm today)10Dec2024.docx which I trust the Petition Team will also place on the same file as all my previous correspondence just in case we do reach the 10000 signature stage for a government response and higher perhaps for a debate in Parliament.

Best wishes

Yours sincerely

Dear Alison

Thank you for your reply.

It is the Court of Appeal that is supposed to consider the Case presented for a Written Constitution in the United Kingdom on the Petition that was circulated Nationwide by the House of Commons as a Joint Petition between TCLP-UK and the Petitions Committee that heavily watered the original petition of mine that was duly submitted with the required 5 signatures from supporters of my Petition. So if the Court of Appeal adjudicates against me or passes Direction against me in any shape or form as a Judgment I will have the option to make this Case to the Justices at the Court of Appeal specifically in relation to content of the Particulars of Damages and Compensation submitted as (z) refusal to investigate the matter of the criminal manipulation of the Claimant’s petitions to the House of Commons Petition Committee (£1,000,000).

If the Court of Appeal does not contact me now, I will let the matter stand as I have full accreditation of TCLP-UK from Parliament in clearly accepting my submission that the final version of the Petition was a Joint one using this document that I received as evidence. That will leave Stripe without a leg to stand on.

Yours sincerely

Hello Monika

Thank you for your email.

I note that the petition that has been published is a heavily watered down version of the original one and as such qualifies to be described as joint petition between TCLP-UK and the House of Commons Petition Committee: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700677.

As such, I wondered if it could be fast-tracked for a government response immediately in light of the additional evidence of deep-rooted corruption that has emerged as attached: ToBarStandardsBoard(MrForzKhan FULL WRITTEN REASONS hoc petition submission)5Dec2024.docx.

I should be grateful for a reply.

Dear Sirs

Could you let me know the 'OFFICIAL' Court of Appeal Case Number for this Application, and whether I need to pay a Court Fee of £100 or more for it - I have already paid £332 + £100 to HMCTS for no resulting Court action.

Thank you, I will do what you have asked for after 4.00 pm as I am awaiting the decision of Medway County Court in respect of a separate Appeal which I wish to incorporate into the pdf document that you require from me, as attached: ToMedwayCountyCrt(J00ME572 Outcome Appeal_Grounds Submission)10Dec2024.

With reference to today's correspondence attached,

https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/the-current-value-claimed-under-case-j00me572-dr-shantanu-panigrahi-vs-kent-police-1 the grounds for my Appeal against today's decision of the Court is that there has been continual Case progression correspondence from 2022 by the Claimant with Medway County Court, most recently as attached: ToMedCtyCrt(CIVIL CLAIM AGAINST KENT POLICE_J00ME572 CASE PROGRESSION)28Sep2024.docx.

Dear Mr Panigrahi

Thank you for your email.

As you were dismissed during your probationary period which followed a fair process and hearing, you do not have the right to appeal the decision to terminate your employment.

The decision to terminate your employment on 9th March 2022 is final, and you are not entitled to compensation for this matter.

With regards to applying for other roles within bp, if ex-employees wish to re-join the company, their previous employment record will be assessed to make an informed decision on their suitability for re-engagement into a new role.

You are able to apply for any role at bp through the appropriate bp retail jobs channels, which are available to you online.

Based on the information that you have provided us, we trust that you are liaising with civil channels as appropriate.

I hope that this clarifies our position, we are unable to communicate further with you on this matter.

Dear Sirs

I have a bone to pick with you; actually two bones before I consider redeeming these Reward points:

The first concerns the highly dubious circumstances under which my employment at the Lenham (Kent) petrol station was terminated without a disciplinary hearing to hear my side of the concerns on my conduct at the branch and this was followed by a host of intimidating emails that BP sent me concerning future job opportunities such that I am still not received any information about my employment at BP.

The second concerns the highly damaging defamatory nature of the reports that BP submitted to Kent Police to notify the Constabulary that I had sent an email to BP threatening to burn down the petrol station which was a criminal act by BP for I had never sent out any malicious communications of this nature to the Company.

I would be grateful if BP would now apologise and pay me some kind of compensation in addition to restoring my job at BP Lenham. Legal action undertaken at Medway County Court/Central London County Court as linked here is pending: consideration: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/j00me572-e35ym660-proceedings
