I am forwarding the below email from 2nd April confirming that any membership application requires approval from your Local Party before it can be accepted. We only today realised that unfortunately the email address used was incorrect and apologise for any inconvenience caused. The refund has likely arrived in your account by now.
Please reach out to your Local Party should you still wish to join the Party so that they may consider your application.

Subject: Recent membership application
Dear Shantanu,
Thank you for your recent application to re-join the party. Unfortunately due to the outcome of your previous membership, your membership has flagged as requiring approval from your Local Party before we can re-accept you into the Party. This decision was made, according to my records, in March 2021 and was communicated at this time. I do not have any further information on the specifics of this.
I will be arranging a refund of the £15 you paid as part of the application process, which will take 7-10 working days to be refunded to your account.
