Dear Keir
I used to be a strong supporter and member of the Labour Party until disagreements with the mechanisms of the local Gillingham and Rainham Constituency where I live put an end to it, so became a member of Liberal Democrats. But when the issue of Brexit came up resigned and took up membership or UKIP. After the yes vote in the 2014 referendum I was developing my ideas on Conservative Libertarianism and voted for the Conservative and Unionist Party becoming a member for I wanted Brexit done.
I am floating again having spoken at the doorstep to a Labour Party canvasser a couple of months ago and with increasing disillusionment with the fractious Conservative Party’s infighting and not having the nation’s interests first.
As a former Director of Public Prosecutions you would have intimate knowledge of Law Enforcement and Judicial processes of the State, so I am writing to give you my account of this having personally and proactively studied it for the past 26 years of my adult life. I am 65 years of age.
The attached correspondence to the Conservative and Unionist Party should be self-explanatory: ToMembershipConservativeParty(Resignation of my Membership)30Oct2023.docx; and I wondered if this is something of any value and interest to the Labour Party going forward.
On a minor note, you may also consider the lack of progress at Medway Council through its Labour leader Vince Maple. as linked here: APOLOGY TO MEDWAY COUNCIL ELECTORAL SERVICES (thelibertariandemocrats.com) https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/post/apology-to-medway-council-electoral-services

Dear Cllr Vince Maple
My wife and I had been employed by Medway Council since 2005 to assist as Count Officers in general elections, local elections and parish elections, Police and Crime Commissioner elections whenever these took place.
Unfortunately, my association in this regard was terminated by Jane Ringham two years ago as she misunderstood my emailed communications to the Council and her in particular and considered me to be in some way disrupting the work of the Council.
I am not a member of any particular bonafide political party at the national level but do have a budding knowledge and dissemination oriented group of which I am the single member that I call The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom. It is not registered with the Election Commission and will never be in my life time. I am 66 years of age.
I used to be a supporter of Labour Party under Sir Tony Blair, then I investigated the Liberal Democrats, UKIP ad the Conservative Party by becoming member of these political organisations, but now I do not wish to be a member of any bonafide political party. I wondered whether these associations with politics had anything to do with Jane Ringham terminating my employment at elections for Medway Council or what. I am just an investigative journalist reporting on everyting from politics, humanities and the environment. So I am very puzzled and disappointed.
I have always valued my work for Medway Council in the elections and we have lived here since 1991. I used to issue postal votes as well as work all night with my wife on the day of the election. Now my wife cannot work as we used to work as a team on the same table and she is reluctant to go out at night all by herself when she is now offered a role as Count Officer.
I dearly wish my employment in the Electoral Services of Medway Council to be restored, and in this regard if I have sent emailed communications to Jane Ringham that were seen as having been inappropriate conduct my myself, I sincerely apologise for what I did.
This is why I am writing to you well ahead of the next general election so that Jane Ringham could put me and my wife back on the list of those the Council needs and rely on to assist in elections.
Would you be so kind as to speak to Jane Ringham on my behalf and see if this representation through you as Leader of Medway Council is going to be duly considered?
I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely

For the attention of the Leader of the Conservative Party
Dear Rishi Sunak
You may not have heard about the trials and tribulations that I have gone through over the past 26 years in the United Kingdom during which I corresponded with the local Member of Party Mr Rehman Chishti and the Lord Chancellor Right Honourable Mr Chalk concerning the need for a review of the Judicial and Law Enforcement processes of the State going on my personal experiences.
Under the Conservatives especially I have been victimised by these Institutions and deprived of justice in what I have experienced as a tyrannical Establishment hell bent on sending me back to my birth country of India, and making me stateless, sending me to a mental hospital for a third time, and giving me a criminal record under false pretences of having sent out stalking/harassing emails and malicious communications to people and institutions, over which I was arrested on 5 occasions and 2 voluntary interviews at Police Custody having been bailed to appear time and again with no charges yet been made so being persecuted on and on.
This has happened under your watchful oversight since David Cameron, Theresa May, Boris Johnson and now yourself have been the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
I requested the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for a Public Enquiry over the way that I have been treated by the State of the United Kingdom and he turned it down. I have approached the Home Secretary and she would not do anything about the matter.
When I accuse the State Establishment of having organised the police brutality, the persecution, the victimisation, the obstruction of justice and the perverting of the course of justice, I do not know who is in charge of the State to have conducted these injustices on me and through me my family here in the United Kingdom.
Unless the Conservative Party conducts an investigation of this matter I will conclude that I have therefore no faith in the Conservative Party and will not renew my membership of the Party as attached: Conservative Party Membership.pdf.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely
