Dear Standards Officer for the Liberal Democrats
The Appeal has to go through your normal process according to the established policies and practices of the Liberal Democrats, no matter how long that takes.
Does this make it clear? - please reply immediately for legal reasons.
Yours sincerely

Good Morning Shantanu,
Thank you for your email. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in processing your appeal. As a result of your email, I have carefully reviewed your communications with the Standards Office to determine if an error has been made in respect to your appeal. In doing so, I note the following timeline of events:
19/04/2024 - The date your appeal was originally submitted.
22/04/2024 - The date you withdrew your appeal.
26/04/2024 - The date you resubmitted your appeal.
02/05/2024 - You provided confirmation that you were not a member of any other UK based political party (because you had stated in your withdrawal that Reform UK was your "present party") and you wished to continue with your appeal.
06/05/2024 - The date you sent an email withdrawing your appeal for the second time.
Given the volume of administration work required to process appeals, would you mind confirming whether your intention was to withdraw your second attempt at submitting your appeal or if I misunderstood your comment in that email? I have attached a copy of the email for ease of reference.
This will help me determine whether your second appeal should be reopened or if you will need to submit your appeal for the third time.
Thank you for your patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Beth

Dear Sir/Madam
My primary objective in progressing the attached appeal (FrStandardOfficerLiberalDemocrats(EnglishAppealPanelCaseNo30(Updatedincorporated)2May2024.docx, is to counter the Defamation that the decision to flag my application to rejoin the Liberal Democrats was refused and as the lack of a reponse from the English Appeal Panel indicates, the Party continues with the vitriolic attack on my reputation.
This evidence to me shows that the Liberal Democrats were manipulated by the State authorities not to cooperate with me since 2022 to disenfranchise me from the political process and deny me access to justice in the Court of Appeal under Case Reference No CA-2023-000750.
What is your reply to this allegation?
Yours sincerely
