On receipt of the preliminary Report of the English Appeals Panel to my efforts to rejoin the Liberal Democrats as attached EAP 30 - PANIGRAHI - initial Determination and Consultation.pdf; I had requested that the matter should be escalated to a higher authority within the Liberal Democrats Party as attached: ToStandardsOfficerLibDems(REVIEW PROCESS TO FOLLOW ENGLISH APPEALS PANEL DECISIONS IN CASE 30)4Jun2024.docx

and submitted my clarifications in a fresh new form as attached: EAP_FORM Liberal Democrats Appeal to Rejoin as Member.docx.

I completed a Fresh new application on the Liberal Democrats website and opted for the Direct Debit Payment Mechanism.

However, this was not acceptable to Ms Lynn Ibeji of Medway Liberal Democrats and Ms Anna Tarrant of Liberal Democrats Southeast, with whom I had the attached correspondence: ToLynnIbeji(MedwayLiberalDemocratsReplytoOpposition)4Jun2024.docx;ToMsAnnaTarrantSELD(Love_Complicit with Dastardly State crimes on Me)6Jun2024.docx.

I am this morning of the view that there has been a systematic process in play that has marginalised me out of becoming a member of any political party, be that the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats, Reform UK Party and the Conservative and Unionist Party.

What is your reply to this allegation based on the fact that the Standards Officer did not escalate the matter to Sir Ed Davey for his intervention?
