Maidstone Crown Court has ruled that this is not a criminal matter but if anything a civil matter in the laws of the United Kingdom, so Kent Police had no business to get itself into investigating the criminal anonymous emails sent to Katrina Sale, Sainsburys, Tesco, bp, BLM Law, educational establishments around the country including the University of Greenwhich and others like Jill Jesson, Dr Odesanya done by hacking my email accounts by MI5 according to this Judgment:

I was somewhat confused by your email as I am a mental patient at Britton House suffering for the past 20 years or longer with persistent delusional disorder, paranoid schizophrenia, depression, mood swings, autism and bipolar and am undergoing treatment at Britton House Community Mental Health Team with antipsychotic, anti-depression and mood stabilising medications. My next appointment with Dr Okafur, the Consultant Psychiatrist is at 10 am on 26 May 2023.

2. If any aggrieved party feels that I was responsible for sending out the malicious emails to harass or have blogged anything concerning them that they wish to issue civil litigation on me for, they should take note of this Forum post from me Dr Shantanu Panigrahi and the matters can proceed from there.

3, Kent Police should accordingly note that I shall not be subject to the conditions of the Bail imposed on me on 20 April 2023 and as such will not attend the signining on ceremony of 18 June 2023, 5.00 pm. I will write to the educational establishments unless I receive clear unambigious response by email or letter that my interpretation of the communication from Maidstone Crown Court is erroneous as this is a possiblity judging by the Courts silence to the above email.

4. My Claim for damages and compensation at Medway County Court for £10 million stands.
