I am only guaranteed of one Hearing, that is the one scheduled for the 10 of November 2023 2 pm where I am the Defendant. My counter prosecution and prosecution of Crown Prosecution Service did not result in any proceedings.

So regardless of the insinuation that I harboured of the prejudicial manner in which North Kent Magistrates Court has handled in terms of the Emergency Judgement, Summary Judgment and Adjournment of the Hearing applications, the Hearing is unchanged as things stand

I just have to prepare myself for this Hearing and take the opportunity to Defend my record as a law-abiding citizen of the United Kingdom. The secrecy with which Kent Police conducts its business may well lead to charges being made of harassment, stalking and mailicious communications on me as the lack of a decision hitherto at North Kent Magistrates Court and Maidstone Crown Court means to me that just like the Medway County Court did not have jurisdiction to implement an Injunction against the Chief Constable of Kent Police under J00ME572 and its incorporated Money Claims of HQ17X01773 from the Kings Bench Division of the High Court, the Police are a law to themselves and immuned from litigation and private prosecutions taken out by ordinary Citizen. In my case even the Independent Office for Police Conduct did not have the powers to investigate Kent Police of overstepping their powers.

The fact however remains that a Judgment has to be entered at North Kent Magistrates Court and this is what I am seeking now to draw the final conclusions of the matter, so I shall be attending the Court on the 10 November 2023 2 pm with the attached dossier:
